The challenge
Kairo planned 31 engineers on a whiteboard. When plans changed, someone had to call round, and visits slipped through.
The solution
Every job now lives on one shared calendar. Engineers see their day on their phones, and clients get a text reminder the day before.
The results
Missed jobs dropped by 63% in the first six months.
The office team now spends its mornings on new work instead of phone calls.
