Terms of service
These terms explain the agreement between you and Tandem Inc. (“Tandem”, “we”, “us”) when you use our website and software. By creating an account or using Tandem, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You need an account to use Tandem. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and is responsible for the people they invite.
2. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude taxes unless stated. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your settings. We will give at least 30 days notice before changing the price of your plan.
3. Your data
You own the content you add to Tandem, such as clients, quotes and invoices. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you. You can export your data at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Please do not use Tandem to break the law, send spam, harm other people or try to access systems or data that are not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tandem is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Account details such as your name and email, the business data you add to Tandem, and basic usage data that helps us keep the service fast and secure.
How we use it
We use your data to run Tandem, support you and improve the product. We never sell your data, and we only share it with the providers we need to run the service.

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Write to privacy@tandem.example and a real person will reply.
