About the role
Tandem helps small teams run quotes, jobs, invoices and their calendar in one place. Our customers are plumbers, studio owners and shopkeepers, not software people. As a senior product designer, you will lead design for our core workflows with a product manager and four engineers.
What you'll do
Own the design of quoting, scheduling and invoicing, from research to shipped detail.
Talk to customers every week, and turn what you hear into clear, simple flows.
Prototype fast, test early, and cut steps wherever you can.
Help grow our design system so the whole product feels calm and consistent.
What you bring
5+ years designing product, with at least one shipped B2B or SaaS product.
A portfolio that shows how you think, not just how it looks.
Clear writing. Much of our work happens in docs and async updates.
Benefits
Remote-friendly within four hours of CET, with an optional Lisbon office.
$1,500 learning budget and $1,000 home office budget.
Private health cover for you and your family.
