About the role
Tandem helps small teams run quotes, jobs, invoices and their calendar in one place. Our customers are plumbers, studio owners and shopkeepers, not software people. You will own payments, payouts and reconciliation.
What you'll do
Design and build reliable payment flows with Stripe and Square.
Make reconciliation fast and boringly correct.
Mentor engineers on the team.
What you bring
5+ years of backend experience.
Experience with payments or financial systems.
Care for reliability and clear code.
