About the role
Tandem helps small teams run quotes, jobs, invoices and their calendar in one place. Our customers are plumbers, studio owners and shopkeepers, not software people. You will design onboarding, pricing and the first week in Tandem.
What you'll do
Design sign-up, onboarding and upgrade flows.
Run experiments with our growth engineers.
Write clear in-product copy.
What you bring
3+ years designing product.
Comfort with data and experiments.
A strong eye for simple, friendly flows.
