About the role
Tandem helps small teams run quotes, jobs, invoices and their calendar in one place. Our customers are plumbers, studio owners and shopkeepers, not software people. You will guide new customers through onboarding and beyond.
What you'll do
Run onboarding calls with new teams.
Turn customer feedback into product insight.
Write help articles and guides.
What you bring
2+ years in customer success or support.
Clear, warm communication.
Experience with small businesses.
